All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. This does not include Holidays or weekends. We print, package and ship orders Monday – Friday. Please note the delivery option you select needs to include our packaging time of 1-3 days.

Standard Delivery 2 – 7 business days shipping + 1 – 3 processing days

Priority Delivery 2 – 3 business days shipping + 1 – 3 processing days

For Custom Orders - Please allow 5-7 day processing time.

3D printed cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe. After using your cookie cutter, hand wash them with warm water. Then place them on a clean towel or drying rack. 

We use PLA+ filament which is made from polylactic acid, a biodegradable and renewable material that is derived from cornstarch or sugarcane. 

Should your cookie cutter break, become warped or otherwise damaged, please provide a photo here contact@wick3dly.com and we will ship another cutter out to you free of charge. All of our cutters go through rigorous testing and are printed with strength, endless use and comfortability in mind.
